Inlaying process: The air in the CXQ-2500 vacuum cold inlaying machine is evacuated by a vacuum pump, and the epoxy resin proportioned in the plastic cup is mixed with the curing agent and sucked into the mold in which the sample is placed. During the continuous vacuuming process, the air in the sample voids and in the epoxy resin will be extracted, and under the action of atmospheric pressure, the epoxy resin will be pressed into the fine pores of the sample, thus achieving tight sample. fixed. In addition, by rotating the rod to rotate its loading tray, multiple mosaics can be produced at one time.

Soil mosaic can be divided into ordinary mosaic and suspension mosaic.

Ordinary inlays use epoxy resin to coat soil particles. When the mosaic is sampled, it is necessary not only to pay attention to the representativeness of the sample, but also to pay attention to the amount of the sample. The sample must be able to cover the bottom of the mold and have a certain thickness to obtain a good viewing surface. When dropping epoxy resin, pay attention to controlling the drip speed and dripping position to avoid washing away or shifting the sample.

Suspension inlays are inlays that exhibit a layered distribution of soil by particle size. When setting, you need to put the sample into the epoxy resin and mix it thoroughly. This enables the soil particles to be suspended in the epoxy resin and exhibit a layered distribution due to the self-gravity of the particles during vacuuming. Once the mixing is complete, you can choose to use a catheter for inhalation or you can pour directly into the mold. The latter is suitable for use with larger particles, but requires more extraction of the air contained therein.

Regardless of the type of inlay, it is necessary to perform multiple vacuuming operations in order to pump the air out of the soil and better combine it with epoxy resin. Remember not to use a one-time long-time vacuum, as this will cause the bubble film that collects on the surface layer to solidify and prevent the gas from being discharged. Therefore, every time the surface is filled with air bubbles or there are few bubbles changing, it is necessary to turn off the vacuum pump, release the negative pressure inside the body, and then extract again after the air pressure is balanced.

CXQ-2500 vacuum cold inlay machine has a calibration vacuum of -0.08Mpa, which can meet the requirements of normal use. If you need a better vacuum, you can use an oily, more powerful vacuum pump. However, pay attention to the use of the procedure, do not cause the vacuum oil in the vacuum pump to flow into the inlay machine.
